Welcome to BeatCron. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

BeatCron is a beat automation platform that helps music producers automate their YouTube content pipeline. Our service includes beat processing, AI-generated metadata, video creation, YouTube uploads, short-form content generation, and license agreement management.

2. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use BeatCron.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must have the rights to any beats you upload to the platform.

3. YouTube Integration

BeatCron connects to your YouTube channel via the YouTube Data API v3. By connecting your channel:

• You authorize BeatCron to upload videos and shorts on your behalf.
• You remain fully responsible for all content uploaded to your channel.
• You agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time.

4. Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of all beats and content you upload to BeatCron.
• You grant BeatCron a limited license to process, transform, and upload your content as part of the service.
• BeatCron does not claim ownership of any content created through the platform.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload.

5. Subscription and Billing

• BeatCron Pro is billed monthly at the current listed price.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. License Agreements

BeatCron provides tools to generate beat license agreements. These are provided as templates and convenience tools. You are responsible for ensuring your license terms are legally valid in your jurisdiction. BeatCron is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Upload content you do not have rights to.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Reverse engineer or abuse the platform infrastructure.
• Upload malicious files or content that violates YouTube's policies.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

BeatCron is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to YouTube channel issues, content claims, or lost revenue.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@beatcron.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
