Account Information: Email address, producer name, and password when you create an account.
YouTube Data: When you connect your YouTube channel, we access your channel name, upload capabilities, and video management through the YouTube Data API v3. We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain your connection.
Beat Files: Audio files you upload to your beat vault for processing through our pipeline.
Payment Information: Billing is processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly.
Usage Data: Pipeline run history, login activity, and feature usage for service improvement.

How We Use Your Information

To operate and maintain your beat automation pipeline
To upload videos to your connected YouTube channel on your behalf
To generate metadata, thumbnails, and short-form content from your beats
To process payments and manage your subscription
To generate license agreements for your beat sales
To send transactional emails (contract deliveries, account notifications)

YouTube API Services

BeatCron uses the YouTube Data API v3. By using our service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

We access your YouTube account to:

Upload videos and shorts to your channel
Read your channel information for verification

You can revoke BeatCron's access to your YouTube account at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and follow AWS security best practices. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in S3 with restricted access policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

AWS: Infrastructure hosting (S3, DynamoDB, Lambda)
Google/YouTube: Video uploads via YouTube Data API
Stripe: Payment processing

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@beatcron.com.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can revoke YouTube access at any time through Google Account settings. To exercise these rights, contact support@beatcron.com.
